Why should I hire a wedding planner?
Because a wedding isn’t just an event – it’s one of the most important days of your life. Without a planner, you spend months researching vendors, coordinating schedules, and organizing countless details. With me by your side, you can relax because I take care of everything. I know the best vendors in Switzerland, recognize stumbling blocks before they become problems, keep your budget in mind, and am there when things get tight. The result: a wedding that’s perfectly tailored to you – without stress, without chaos, and without headaches.
Can you plan our wedding in Switzerland if we live in the USA?
Yes, very much so. Especially if you don’t live in Switzerland, having someone on site is a great relief. We discuss everything via video call and email, at times that suit you. I take care of the visits, appointments with service providers, and the organization of your guests here in Switzerland. You travel here and can simply enjoy your day.
In which languages do you accompany us?
I will accompany you in German and English. You can plan accordingly in your own language. I will speak for you with the Swiss service providers, so that no misunderstandings arise. And on the wedding day, your international guests will also feel comfortable.
What is included in your plan?
It depends on how much you want to spend. During the complete planning process, I will guide you from A to Z: location search, service providers, budget, schedule, decoration concept, and coordination on the wedding day. You don’t have to worry about anything. During the partial planning, we divide the service providers: I will take care of one half, and you will take care of the other half. Decoration concept, schedule, and budget planning are also included here. For a destination wedding, we also organize accommodations and transfers for your guests.
How much does wedding planning cost with you?
Every wedding is unique, and I tailor my fee accordingly. It depends on the scope of the planning, the number of guests, and the location. After our free initial consultation, you will receive a transparent quote without hidden costs.
How long does the planning take until the wedding?
Ideally 12–18 months. That way we have time to book the best locations and vendors without stress. Short-term (6–9 months) is also fine – I’ll then see what’s still available.
Can you also plan small weddings or elopements?
Yes! Elopements are even my specialty. 10 people or 150 – I don’t care about the size. I plan every wedding with the same dedication. Whether it’s a small wedding, an intimate ceremony on the lake, or a small celebration in the chalet – I make it perfect.
How does the initial consultation go?
Quite simply: It works in two steps.
Step 1: Short phone call (15 minutes) We’ll have a quick chat – I’ll ask you a few questions about your vision and wishes for the wedding. This way I’ll get to know you better and see if I can help you. No pressure, just honest conversations.
Step 2: Free consultation (via video call) If we get along well, I invite you to a free consultation. There we will discuss in detail your wishes and ideas for your wedding, my services, my working methods, and my prices. You will learn exactly how I work and what I have to offer you. After that, you will know whether you want to work with me – or not. No obligation.
